What type of humidification unit are you using and where is placed
with the humidor?

I've oftened wondered about that?

I just use the beads in my new humidor. I never even opened the box with the humidifier that came with it. Do I need to use that humidifier with the beads, or can i use just the beads??

Is that a Thompson humi? looks almost exactly like mine accept mine has 2 drawrs instead of one and it has instead of a pull out shelf its like a fishing box it lifts up http://secure.thompsoncigar.com/zoom.as ... 4&zoomer=1

verry nice...the one problem i have with mine is there is only one place to put my cigar oasis and that is under the two fishing like trays. But you also might want to check you hygrometer that came with it buecause mine has two and both are OFF the top one is off by i believe 8% the bottom one i dont even bother i baught a new unit.
