Pittsburgh Triv pub get together?

Just bumping the thread...I'm still planning on drinking beer, smoking a few cigars and eating Jeagerschnitzel at the triv pub tomorrow! :D

I'm looking forward to it too - got a sweet humidor and a box of 20 CAO Black cigars from my brother for Christmas - will have to try one of them tomorrow.

Side note: Does this place have a website?

If it does...its a secret to me :D
As a side note...there is a beer store upstairs that sells by the bottle. Hundreds of beers..so you can try all kinds if you desire...just bring money!

We'll have to do this again! :D

Take 2 , yep we did it again ~~~~ almost, anyhow, but tonight we were at the Qtr.Deck, lost razor king & all the ladys but added Big Bob from B&B Cigar shop, a good time was had by all, Opus X was the cigar of the night right out of my Humi, the date on them was 7/04, some of my Fathers day stash, the single malt IRISH whisky went well with the Kona Coffee , & some of my brandy, we had Iron Butterfly on the CD player , for you young people it was the Heavy Metal band from a long time ago , a little Spyro Gyro, & a little celtic music as the conversation changed from what we did in the 60's & 70's to what we were doing a few hundred years ago when we were a lot younger hahahaha, A good time was had by all & the new toilet got good reviews hahahaha, yes there was some beer involved also, so it is ready to get down to smoking the Qtr.Deck is ready , Enjoy, Vince

Vince, you look healthy as a horse!! I am glad to see that you made it out, maybe soon I can make it down to PA. I'll bring some wild game, we can cook, smoke and drink scotch. Oh, and don't forget the coffee, which will be in the mail soon as possible.

Capt. , so I look healty as a horse , welll I never .... hahahahah, Yep at one time I was as big as a horse, but if you look at the photo you can see the shirt is way big on me, the shoulder of the shirt is way down the arm, it should be right up at the vest , it was a chilly riany night & I wanted a warm shirt , this was the only one I had clean, so I had to ware it.
I got on the scale , now at 225, a far cry from the 417 I was last April.
I talked to my cousin who is still in Michigan, he can make it from the Flint Area to here in 5.5 hours , thats with 2 stopps , one to eat & one to get rid of the coffee he left the house with, first stop was in Teledo he wanted to stop at Tony Pacos hot dog shop , but didnt know where it was, , it wasnt where he thought it was & like most guys he didnt want to ask for directions, how much time he lost looking for it I have no idea, , but he did stop just outside Youngstown to empty the crank case, & refill the coffee, he is so discriptive when he tells the story, but I will leave out the part about the cigerett butts in the urinal hahahaha,
right now I am sipping a nice Kona & it isnt even Sunday, , I made a pot last night when a few guys showed up at the Qtr.Deck & since the beans were sitting out this morning I just ground them instead of the Columbian , dammm its nice to pamper yourself & celebrate with a great cup of coffee, but I did pass on the scotch at this time of the day, , the grandsons spent the night & we distroyed the kitchen at breakfast, nothing new for me , but this time I had Help ! hahaha so the Boss cant blame it all on just me !!!
time to take them back home, Boy am I going to catch H3ll when we get home, we had ice cream sundays after the ham & eggs , not going to go well I can tell that all ready! hahahaha,
Enjoy, Vince

You're running out of excuses Capt! I'll agree with vince on the 5.5 hour trip (actually, I do it under 5 hours, but that's my heavy foot and the flat, straight Ohio Turnpike)

Thanks for the Kona last night vince - I had an extremely good time and appreciate the Opus (my first) and the ashtray.

I also highly recommend that anyone with the ability to get down here should stop by vince's Qtr. Deck - well worth the trip and he's not too bad company either - heh!

I know I know. I will make it down soon enough. Hopefully I can give you guys atleast a couple days notice and have everyone get together. With winter set in, I get bad cabin fever. I got alot of smokes, some coffee, and a little scotch.....

thats just wahat the doc ordered for cabin fever, cigars, coffee scotch travel, good BS & some music, dammmmmm I wonder where you can find that along with a couch to crash on hahahahaha stop anytime !! Enjoy, Vince

I think we all need to get together for a New Years smoke ASAP, some one pick out a place & time ! Enjoy, Vince
