show the goods

Well...here is my ammodor...like a few others, I found my way here through the old Battlerifles forum and then got trapped in the cigar culture!

What are those massive rounds??? And please don't tell me you have a firearm that can shoot those... because that would be AWESOME!

:soldier:

If I had to guess they look like 2 to 3 centimeter aircraft cannon rounds, but I'm no military man so don't take that as anything but an amatuer's guess...

Damn!! If the s*** ever hits the fan I'm heading to Freedom's place. Good smokes and some hefty firepower

Yeah, I agree. They look like rounds you'd pump out of a jet or something. Or perhaps they're just for some wicked deadly assault rifle.

that is one of the coolest humidors i have seen, very impressive. I was curious who makes the (what i believe to be a 1911 frame) handgun. I think im going to go shooting today since it doesn't seem i will be super busy at work. I keep a S & W sigma 9mm with the 16 round hi cap mags

i looked up and my digi cam was sitting on my desk right next to my gun... At home i also have a remington 870 12 ga, a .22 thats from my grandfather i never met, and an Ak-47 (romanian).

Thanks for the pics Bildo, nice to see all the 2nd Amendment types hanging around here! The 1911 is a Para-Ordnance P16 in .40 S&W. Axe, if that day comes, all you cigar smokers are welcome to stop by and cool your heals at my place...the door is always open for those who come in peace! CBS and 'Noir, you guys are on the right track, those are 25mm rounds for the M242 'bushmaster' chain gun on the USArmy Bradley fighting vehicle.

CastleCrest...where is the pic of your setup?

castlecrest should have some cannons, maybe boiling pots of molten metal, a few trebuche. Ahh and of course a mighty sword!
id love to see pics of him dumping molten metal on people with a big stogie and a big smile on his face. :D

I resized a bunch of the pics in this thread. Please remember, when posting images there is a size limit we like to stick to. Here is a thread with more info about that.

Thank you for your understanding. Now keep the pics coming!

thanks for pointing that out... looks like i need to adjust my camera setting since im too lazy to resize the images everytime i put them on my comp.

i should go buy a pistol of some kind, i used to enjoy target shooting when i was a kid, i should get a cheap .22 to mess around with out in the woods this summer, since my bb gun finaly died.

dang, 300 bucks, i was thinking more like 100. maybe ill take a walk on down to wades gun shop this weekend and see what they got.

Since I'm a HUGE fan of the 2nd amendment as well, here are these:

1. On the right is a 30-06 Remington Woodmaster 740, which as of last Thanksgiving has bagged me 11 whitetail deer.
2. On the left is a Mossberg model 140 B .22 which was the first rifle I was given as a kid.
3. The bad boy on top of them is my Mossberg 590 Mariner with the nickel-teflon coating. The pistol grip is for easy maneuverability (just in case those L.A. riots ever happen again  ). I had the shoulder stock on it when I took down a 10 pointer 3 years ago with some Rottweil Brenneke Cartridges.
I have a few more rifles, a Browning 12ga, Remington 20ga, as well as a Beretta over/under I inherited but those are all in my cabin up in Windham, NY.

Great pics, Axe...I'm starting to feel very 'at home' in this forum.

Higgs, even with my love of heavy recoil, when I go out plinking, there is nothing more fun than a .22 semi-auto pistol and a huge pile of cheap ammo!

Let's see some more humidors (and ordinance if you want), I never get tired of pics. I'm still waiting to see CC's new freebee monster humidor. Let's see everybodies coolerdor's...I am thinking about getting one for box and longterm storage.

I don't have any firearms right now but I'm planning on getting a license for a rifle this summer, and then maybe a license for a pistol. Then again, there are less legal methods of acquiring a firearm. But, of course, I don't know any of these methods.

Still buying singles and samplers. I like a variety but don't have a tremendous selection locally to purchase from. Haven't gotten into buying boxes yet. Will need something larger to store boxes in. I have my Honduran Primeros and IT Fire in a Playmate size coolerdor so I have room in my humidor for the better (more expensive) sticks. Bought a new 125 stick humidor on Ebay last week. Should be here soon.
