I know it's not your turn, but that doesn't get you out of sending me sticks since you did ask the question. Since it's not your turn you also have to pay a penalty and send sticks to BigPaintbrush. Of course since it's not your turn it also won't be my turn, but as long as I don't ask the question out of turn I don't have to pay a penalty or send anyone my hard earned sticks.
