The sweet...followed shortly by the sour

You can't go wrong with a cooler and a bunch of beads though... I did the buy it before you smoke it thing for awhile but a cigar thats rested a few weeks is so much better. Plus you don't waste a stick if something comes up.

Heck Bob, anything that makes a decent seal can be used as a humi. Lots of folks here use tupperware containers with humi packs or pillows as a creto. I personally have several real "Humidors" but I also built a coolidor for my box aging until I can by myself a nice cabinet. This was just a 65 gallon cooler, and I went the extra mile and lined it with spanish cedar, created a creto from a piece of tupperware and some flower arrangement media, then went an bought a 20.00 dollar thermometer/hydrometer from radio shack that works very very well! hole thing costed me even with all the goodies less then 100.00 bucks and currently has over 300 sticks in boxes in it! only other thing I will do is get a cheapo computer fan or something to circulate air to make sure my humidity remains even. I had 3 didi hydrometers in it when I first set it up to check for dry spots, and had none, but I'm particular I guess!

Just a thought thread :D

Ya, I remember those days very vividly!! Spend 200.00 bucks on a programming book and sell it back at the end of the semester for 50.00 what a crock 'o' crap! Do what you have to my friend...
