Today's smoke

Liga IV Almirante CT and a Hoyo De Monterey double corona maduro

Casa Blanca deluxe toro natural, I think it's the last of the 20 I bought- very mild and rather disappointing.

Winter has arrived here and I just got back from a trip to an even colder Maine last night. I decided to clean up the snow and ice today and pulled out a C'est La Vie robusto. Found a string that appeared to be plastic after punching it and clipped it and pulled it out before smoking it. I smoked a bundle of them last year and they seemed better than this year's bundle. I tossed it shortly after the half way point and lit up a Liga IV. Much better, but not a great cigar. I usually have to drawpoke a third of them because they are so badly rolled and contain plugs and knots, but this one smoked OK.
More snow due tomorrow and tomorrow night.

Warmed up to just above freezing today and I did some smoking while shoveling snow. Started with a Cuba Libra toro then a Columbus belicoso, C'est La Vie Robusto and finished with a La Differencia Cubana robusto---all work cigars IMHO.

Above freezing most of the day, started with a Morro Castle bellicoso, then a c'est la vie robusto and finally a Cain Nub 46O.

Tried an Original Cuban robusto when it got into the 20's today- not a bad smoke.

Morro Castle belicoso while working outside in this latest warm up around here.

Gurkha Titan. Got halfway before the wrapper went to $h#t. Good 'til then. Actually the wrapper started out bad and got worse. Next was Genesis The Project. Got those only because I wanted the wooden ashtray that came with them. =^>

Haven't made up my mind about the Gurkha Titan or Titan II. Wouldn't throw them away, but in no hurry to buy any more of them.

Lit my first La Aurora Connecticut. I was surprised by how enjoyable it was. Punched a hole instead of cutting off the point and liked how the smoke went directly to my tongue. I will remember to punch instead of cutting a torpedo/perfecto....

Its 18 out today, I so envy you Tony. Wife is a no no on smoke in the house. Theres a good poll to start. A wife and a house, or your cigars and a house :D Oh well I guess the winter is for seasoning.

It's only supposed to get to 31 here today and a cold spell is coming here on Tuesday. Got about 10" of snow yesterday, so I'll be shoveling more this afternoon. I don't smoke in the house as I've seen what it does to windows, curtains shades, walls and who needs second hand smoke. The gals have a good point when they don't want smoking in the house. So, winter is not a great time for smoking and I usually try to get a smoke in every day, tho on some cold days I may just have a pipe or a cigarillo or no smokes at all. Had a yard gar this AM and may have another when I get off the 'puter and go out again.

Esteban Cererras Chupa Cabra Habano and Maduro, Bobalu Classic and Campana today :D We actually got snow this evening in central Texas, hopefully it won't be enough to shovel.
