Today's smoke

Got above freezing today so smoked some less than great cigars: Empress of the DR churchill, Tosoros Cubanas robusto, and a Castle Hall robusto.

Smoking an Oliva V torpedo. Great stick!

Tonight's cigar is a La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Chisel. I love these things! This is probably my all time favorite cigar. The chisel head reminds me of smoking a pipe.

Going to sticky this thread. Not that it needs it now, but one day soon it might.

Above freezing today so I had a Hoyo toro and a not so good Quorum toro while removing ice from the driveway. It may get warm enough this weekend to sit and smoke a good cigar or two outside.

Today I smoked a La Perla Rojo while I was shoveling snow, or should I say I abused a cigar while shoveling. Even with snow blowing up in my face, the cigar stood up like a champ!!

Still cold and windy, but I had to try a Cain Nub Habano 460 today. It was a disappointment-quite strong but lacking the tastiness of the regular Nub I tried. Following it with a Cu-Avana intensus robusto- OK but nothing special. I'll be trying them both again.

Sancho Panza natural toro and La Gloria Cubana maduro churchill.

Tonight is a Rocky Patel Edge maduro. Not a real big fan of RP. I haven't smoked one of these in three or four years but I recall it was good. We shall see.

Last day of our January thaw. Still to cool to sit and smoke a good cigar properly.

Wolf Pack churchill
Gurkha Status toro

High was 31 today, smoked a Magicos Cubano robusto and then a Quorum toro (hopefully the last one I had). I'm afraid I'll run out of mediocre robustos before it warms up in spring.

Snow overnight to be cleaned up. Did so smoking 2 Empress of the DR churchills. Second one tunneled out-tough to work with a cigar in your mouth.

Found another Quorum toro and burned it in the morning. After lunch I had a La Hoja Fiesta Churchill-quite mild.
May not smoke anything tomorrow due to cold and next week is going to be frigid.

Braved 19 degrees for a smoke today, mainly because I had to get the paper and the mail.
Magicos Cubanos robusto- not too bad in the sunlight. Stepson in Presque Isle. Maine had -25 this morning- I bet he didn't go out for a cigar.

Haha! I don't imagine he did, Tony!

Tonight's smoke is a CAO Brazilia toro. Not bad. Not bad at all.
