Mmm UFC. I cant get enough of it, although it has declined a lot since Joyce Gracie left the octagon.

I just ate dinner, gave my baby a bath and now I'm about to go smoke a Pinar pre-embargo Cuban with a glass of Ravenswood Zin.

By the way.....it's Royce, not Joyce.

Lol yeah.. i forget that. The r is pronounced with an h sound and I think spanish for some reason even though he is Brazilian and the J comes off.

Spent the weekend with my dad and some friends from Italy that I haven't seen in several years. Had some great smokes this weekend:

OR Añejo No. 49...I felt like crying when this one was over, but it was sooo good. It's a good thing I only brought one of these babies up to SF with me.

PSD4, I don't think I'll ever get tired of these.

Saturday and Sunday morning Short Stories and coffee :D

RASS, it was real good but will be much better with some age on them.

Choix Supreme, what could I say that hasn't already been said.

Hope everyone had a great weekend

Ive had some before, didnt care too much for it. I didnt have any sugar, and I just felt like tripping and getting drunk, so i took a couple of shots. The taste is horrid. It to me was like a very very mild acid trip.
I do like the taste of the stuff you can get in the U.S. Someday I'll try the real thing myself. My other half doesn't want me to even go there. I get enough flack about the cigars. :banghead:

Axe,

I am glad you had a great weekend; It is great when family and friends come from the old country to visit! When my grandfather comes to visit, he still speaks with the old italian dialect that nobody friggin understands! He sits on the couch and laughs at us, and we laugh at him! Those moments are priceless!

How many birds did you bag?

We ended up with 6 pheasants, 6 partridge and 11 quail. Macallan pulled off some REAL impressive shots this weekend.

Here is a partial list of my smokes. I smoked 8 or 9 on Saturday, and 7 on Sunday:

Padron 1926 #1
Bolivar PC (3)
Fuente Hemmingway Signature Natural
Cigar.com Cameroon Torp (3)
Upmann Cuban Torp
Opus X ?????
Graycliff Professionale PGX
Griffins ????
Vegas A Anomaly (2)
Honduran Primero
Pueblo Dominicano Ambassador- awesome!!!

I think thats about it. I think I might take off a couple days now.

While out on the road I stopped in to visit one of my old cigar shops in Greencastle IN. Good to see old friends again.

I smoked a Montecristo Africa. Overrated in my opinion.

just tried one of the cusano c10 anniversery's. What a Cigar!!!
Not Many Cigar's blow me a away but this one, WOW! I didn't think it would pack such a punch, I was wrong, way wrong. Unless it was the large glass of tawny port that I had with it

I needed a break from practicing making app's for the first of 4 tests this week.
With all the recent talk of Bolivar PC's I had one of them this evening and although it had a tight draw (which I find happening more often than not with these) it was just what I needed.

Had a very nice La Aroma de Cuba Robusto yesterday. Very nice flavor to it. Will add more of these to my humi ... which looks like it has a lot more room in it now that the box pass is packed.

Also had a CAO Moontrance that someone gave me. It came in a little tube, maybe 4" long. I liked the size of the cigar for a quick smoke, but I just can't hang with the flavored sticks.

Then had a Consuegra #9 Maduro. Good every day, cheap smoke.

Yes the C10 is awsome.

Yesterday I smoked a Vega Talanga Tercio while cutting the grass. I had one a few weeks ago that was quite delightful with mediu body and a great cinnimon and vanilla essence to it. The one I had yesterday was awful. It burned real bad. Since it smoked so bad I was trying to get it going but it was burning hot where it was going giving it an awful flavour. I had so many problems with it I had to toss it. I was so dissapointed after the experience I had with the last one. It proves that hand rolled cigars can be inconsistent.

Today was a smokefilled day(for me)

Breakfast 'n Coffee: Don Juan Colorado "Robusto"

Lunch 'n Coffee: Natural by Drew Estate "Root"

Dinner 'n Coffee 'n Brandy: Natural by Drew Estate "Root Deluxe"

You guys should check out those Don Juan's. Found them at this local place here in Newport News, VA. Damn good cigar. Paid 3bux for it, woulda paid 10

The Natural line is awesome! I like the Clean Robusto, the Root and the Elixer 5-50.

Ever tried those?
