Tom. It's not Ouzo. It's a Middle-Eastern Liquor. My father and grand-father use to make it in the basement of our house in a still. I think it's made from raisins. Before you add water to it, it is well over 120 proof. Not sweet but dry. My father use to sell it by word of mouth to the Syrian and Lebanese community in Boston until he got caught. I can't remember the name.
