The jar in question does or does not act as a de-humidifier.
For me in here in the south, I often have a problem with too much humidity.

I have had the same experience. Go with Boveda packs, beads, or crystal cat litter.

Been looking at the Boveda packs.

Yes, it is the same as the beads, you just need to train it to the right RH

I just placed an order for some beads from Heartfelt. I order three tubes of the 4 oz. 65% RH and plan to use these in my tower to supplement my Oasis XL Plusses.

I have great luck with my kitty litter crystals, regulates humidity both ways, and cheap too.

i usually buy the heartfelt beads in the 65% but i do it in bulk.
i have a few empty coffin boxes that are filled with beads in my humi. seems to work out well.

I've been a cigar smoker for about a year now and never heard about cat liter. I've been using my humidor with some Boveda packs. They've worked pretty well for me but I've heard some people complain about leaking. I also recently tried some cigar tubes that work like the Boveda packs.
