Folks, since it was far enough in advance, I hope none of you have made plans to attend on June 10th. I was just informed by the wife that her Relay For Life Cancer benefit is that weekend. I want to move the sit down to June 17th, Saturday. Please post here if this weekend will or will not work. I want to get a majority to see if this weekend will work, or if another weekend in June will bw better. I am reserving a block in the Hampton Inn, in Commerce Twp, Mi. They are opening up this month, so everyone let me know if you will need a room.

Cigar.com is going to have some type of sponsorship, but it is probably going to be for the sporting clays/skeet shoot. I still have to work on that, that is if we have enough people. It would be cool to have teams. Maybe even a paintball tourney. We have an indoor arena here about two miles from me called "Atomix".
Oops, as far as rooms, they haven't opened the hotel yet. I am trying to get a block of rooms, but my guess it is gonna be around 50-70 a night? I have a spare bedroom and my office for someone to stay. If you choose the office, you will have to sleep in the tanning bed. :lol:

First Let me apologize for not being around much. My Dad is almost finished with his treatments, and I have been very busy. For those who have cigars waiting from me, I PROMISE to have them out soon!
The sit down is scheduled still, for June 17th, around 4 PM. I really need a final count of who is showing up. I know there are a few from here, and 6 from Cigar Syndicate. Please reply if you are coming. Thanks to Alex, who has helped me get about 4-5 sponsors for this event. Anyone who is coming from out of town, I can get you a hotel to stay at, or you can stay at the house, but the house is filling up fast. :wink: I hope to see you all there!! I don't think the hot tub will be in by then, the tanning bed is available!! Ryan
