Here are my 2 cents on the stuff -
but first a primer from Chris.
A little more info to add:
50/50 means the solution is 50% PG & 50% water.
What happens is - since PG evaporates slowly it helps to hold in moisture. The idea is itr helps arrive & stay at the right RH.
Kind of a preset - that is hard to use.
The problem is that it does not evaporate as quickly as water.
So if we keep adding more 50/50 the level goes up & up.
Unless you wash or replace the credo often.
Personally I think it is crap that should never go near a cigar.
I use electric devises &/or the beads or kitty litter (only one kind of KL)
I find the beads easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Add water wait till they dry a bit & add more water.
Another advantage to the beads is they will remove humidty as
well as give - something electric nor credo can do.
Happy Smoking!

Barcochris said:PG is PolyGlycol. and it is the 50/50 that you are using. The problem with it is the PG does not evaporate so you end up with a loaded Credo that can not hold more water.
