I love corned beef and cabbage!!!! :D

My wife thinks its an explosive combo for me though...

So, in other words, . . .

quoth the RAVYN'S wife:

NEVERMORE!!! :cryinlaugh:  :pumpkin: :cryinlaugh:

Looks nice. I may have to buy a box. I see the box is opened. Do these come cello wraped or like under a kilt?

UNDER A KILT!!! :eek:mg: :cryinlaugh: :cryinlaugh: :cryinlaugh: :help:

OH NO!!! HE JUST STARTED A WAR!!! UNDER A KILT!!!

:rotflmao:

Hiliarious, absolutely hilarious Tismedt, but KILTS are SCOTTISH!!!

Oh no, we're at war!!! St. Patrick's Day isn't even here yet and we've just gone to war over green cigars and corned beef and cabbage.

Is there a Scotsman in the house? Please, please, don't beat us up. Please excuse the faux pas, . . .

WE'RE DOOMED!!!

He called out the Irish, . . .

in their KILTS no less.

:sm_angel: :help:

Just smoked my first one out of the box. They come 8 to a box each in cello. Great presentation. I dont really like candelas but this one had more balls to it (like most camachos do). Will definately order more for the occassional variety.

I hope I can hold my own ground being of Scottish (McGregor on my moms side) and Irish (McCabe on my fathers) decent. I knew the Irish did not wear kilts until those Ulster Scots showed up in the north, but it was good for a laugh or two.

OK!
Just ordered a box...I'll let you know what I think next week.

I'll smoke one without eating cabbage and corned beef...

and then I'll smoke one "after" eating cabbage and corned beef...

we'll see whats more dangerous

To paraphrase a SNL skit: "Scotland...Ireland...what the difference"!?

"Here's Scotland (pointing to the left), here's Ireland (pointing to the right) AND HERE'S THE BLOODY SEA! (pointing in the middle). Or something like that.

I was driving home in a snowstorm last week, and when I was about to pass a local 'Cigar Den', I decided I needed a break from the long trek home (how convenient). While there, I downed a nice CAO Italia and engaged in a conversation with another storm refugee, who had good things to say about his recent Camacho purchases. I will be trying out a few in the coming weeks, and will look out for the Candelas if they ever stock them locally. Any across the board comments on "greenies", which brands are the better ones?

Watch out for those Scottish cigars, they have a haggis for a wrapper, and the churchills can be used for the caber toss. Aye laddie, all the smoke, and nay the flavor!

fuente 858 candella is one of the only candellas i smoke. i like the camacho better though. it has more balls.

Got em!

Will try one next week sometime.

On a side note: I noticed 2 heads of cabbage in my crisper
