on a lot of cumputers you can get an n~ by holding the alt button down and pressing 1 6 4 on the keypad, but I just tried it on the laptop and it didn't work. Drat. I hate it when I try to give someone a helping hand and it doesn't work...makes me look silly.
I was at the firehouse yesterday and had to workout twice just to make up for all the food I ate. I have to make a point to eat the good stuff more often, just not as much.
