The CWISE site is in overhaul. Possibly new forum software. I think they are going to stop using Vbulletin and go with another software.

Now my favorite cigar board is gonna be inactive with many jumping on elsewhere, or getting tired of all the crashes. Cwise rocked. Full of good people.
I just dont see how someone can build up a user group, a solid forum, and then let it go by not putting the forum as a priority.

Lost in translation
I here you buddy but we have had ups and downs over there before and I'm sure it will come back in full force soon.
It is certainly discouraging, but for those who look forward to the return of Cigar Wise, and continuing the rollicking, swashbuckling, aye, let me bust a bottle over your head and tell ya that I luv ya camaraderie of the HCF and their fans, I urge everyone to hang in there.
Problems can be solved in this life, and I'm quite sure that the principals of the HCF and whoever is working with them, are doing their best to see this through to a solid and properly working conclusion.
For those of us who either inhabit Cigar Wise on a regular basis, or are only occasional visitors, let's hang in there and support them when they return. They deserve it. :thumbsup: :wine:

I did post a bit on CW, as well as here on Amback cigar dot com& still find time to drop in on c A when ever I getb the chance, I do miss posting on CW I had a lot of fun there been banned a few times but found my way back some how, I think we have some of the same people here & at I C C , there are tons of BB's out there, I just try to remember what forum I am posting on , it is not good to post a food related topic on the coffee board or a cigar story on the Beer board, just remember where you are ! I havent had Rum in my coffee in years, dammmmm good idea, now I need to go buy some Rum , I drank the 10 cane last time I bought rum, it was OK, but I think I will go back to the Barcardi 8 Y.O . last time i had rum it was in a mixed drink, of some sort, pineapple juice & some fruit, back toi the basic for me, brandy snifter, NO ICE pour a shot in fire up a cigar, & sip the rum SLOW, puff the cigar SLOW, listen to some Latin Jazz , not so slow & dont forget the coffee or espresso! The Bacardi 8 is incredible. I was disappointed at my first taste of the Appleton Estate V/X and also the Ron Zacapa Centenario 23. Both left me wishing I had a bottle of Bacardi 8 in the house.

I am not Big into rum, a little on the sweet side for me in taste, I like the smoke of a great Islay whisky , I grew up on Scotch , never developed a taste for corn whisky , one day last week I had 7 empty but unwashed single malt bottles sitting & one wild turkey 101 , well i had a clean & empty snifter in my hand so I dumped all 8 bottles together & with just a drop of 2 from each bottle all I could taste & smell was BOURBON I was verry disapointed but now I know not to buy any more WILD TURKEY for my own consumption, stick with what got me here, SCOTCH !

Well, before we jack this thread, let's take any further rum discussions etc., over to Spiritus Fermenti. I've been meaning to update the Coffee & Tea and Spiritus Fermenti forums, but I'm involved in some very trying situations right now, and other than doing quick posts off the cuff, time and attention for longer, informative posts has not been there.
Back to Cigar Wise. Here's hoping they get it up soon.
