OK... I am a little dense..need more info than that...hehe! Does that mean to the top of the black base? and how much water do you use with this much coffe? :oops: :roll: :duh: :dunno:
 
Look in the manual, it should say. I usually fill mine up to the top of the black base. I use a full carafe of water.
 
Thanks a lot, Capt....I am not trying to be difficult, just seems you guys might be making it stronger, and I don't want to be missing out on a better cup of coffee :D
 
Made a pot of the Sumatra - waiting for it to cool off a bit and I'll be drinking it shortly
 
I am having a pot of the Sumatra right now at the office. I figure that will console me for spending my day with paperwork...and the Monte 4 I am about to go out and smoke!

I could send a pound of Dunkin Donut coffee! Ha Ha!!!!!!
 
Then I will include a pound of Maxwell House Hazelnut - already ground! :roll:

And the Sumatra was great with the Monte!!!!!

What kind of African Safari coffee were you drinking in an earlier post? Was it Montecristo Serengeti coffee??

LOL, That particular coffee was from World Market. If any of you have these stores around you, you should check out their coffee section.
 
Brenda, do you have Dunkin Donuts in Arizona? I know when I was living in San Deigo it wasn't there, and I was fiening for it ever day!

So do I, Brenda - but after the Hazelnut confession I don't think I have much coffee credibility! :oops:
 
Don't worry about the hazelnut confession! I like a medium Hazelnut light and sweet everyday on my way to work. I'll run out about 6:30 for another one (Thats when everyone I work with says, "Can you get me this, can you get me that???") Ahhhh! THe good ol' coffee run!

It's like the cigars........you got your everyday cigars (hazelnut coffee from Dunkin Donuts), then you got your Monte #4 (your Sumatra coffee). Life is always about choices my friend.
 
Any thoughts on another box pass yet? I have an order of FTO Ethiopian Yirgacheffe comming, so that will be my put if we start one....now just need to pick out some good sticks to go with :D
 
Brewed up a pot of the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, this morning. I like it. It's nice and strong.
 
All of my coffee is gone from the pass. Anyone up for another, maybe the end of the week?
 
I am game if the rest of you are.... Maybe shoot for Monday though, so I can get a fresh shipment of coffee in?

I am all for it whenever you guys want to do it.

Last time was great. I truly enjoyed all of the coffees. My assistant at the office will be thrilled when the new ones arrive...LOL.
