Alpheus Williams. Just a hunch, because of the 3 cigars wrapped in special orders, that became the turning point of the civil war?

That hint gave it away!!! I'll let someone else get it. I've gotten your last two.

Hint 3: Nickmaned "The Wizard of the Saddle" and had at least 13 horses shot out from under him in battle. Was a Confederate General.

Correcctttt!! Nathan Bedford Forrest is the answer. PM me your address and I'll get your prize out ASAP!

Lets keep this going.

Thought I would ask a plumbing question.

In a building drain there are two reasons the pipe should be a certain size. What is the action that occurs when a drain is sized right. And why should the drain not be oversized?
Two part question, you need both parts to be a WINNER,,,,WINNER,,,,,WINNER!!!!!!!!

HINT#1
The action I am looking for can also be associated to a pad used in the kitchen.

A properly sized pipe will scrub itself out since all sides experience (fairly) even flow. This prevents sediment and bacteria buildup.

All the best,

Joe

You got it got. You know what to do.
And you are now on deck amigo.

I'm really sorry about the delay. I completely forgot that I had taken a guess and never checked to see if it was right  .

Alrighty, I drank some delightful spirits last night along with my cigar. The first one to guess what wins. The answer must be fairly specific and I will post hints if no one is getting it.

All the best,

Joe
