Cool, look forward to the package :)

Let's stay with some history...
In which Civil war battle did Fifteen Confederate generals suffer casualties, (6 killed, 8 wounded, and 1 captured)?

It was called the battle Apache Canyon and Glorietta Pass, and it ended on March 28, but in 1862. The cemetary where the dead from this war are buried was recently unearthed during excavation for a mans home in the general area of the battle.

Did I get it??

I have looked back and researched after your answser, two battles were refered to as the Gettysburg of the west..You are the winner as that term was used for the battle at Apache Canyon and Glorietta 1st.

I actually was refering to the 2nd battle of Franklin Tennessee, it came after the Gettysburg on November 30th, 1864, the confederacy was collapsing according to my old Civil war books. It was also refered to the "Picketts Charge of the west" The Confederates suffered 6,252 casualties, including 1,750 killed and 3,800 wounded. The army of Tennessee was all but destroyed.

Congratulations! Please send your info and I will get you out a package :)

OK boys, I have a good one for you.

In the state of Alabama you can recieve the death penalty for doing something very innocent. I have something very specific in mind, and will reveal my source of this info as a clue if no one gets it.

Once again two guesses per person per day, clues will follow if you are completely stumped.

Have fun! :D :D

As I look at this, I realise how difficult it is, so I am going to give a hint. SteVe told me that is is probably a "Blue Law."

It has something to do with tracks of some sort.

There you go!!

making a penny flat by putting it on the track and letting a train run over it?
