Hendrix ha? That now makes sense. I was trying to think of someone Clapron would have known from Britain, but Clapton was stateside by 1967, 68 so he would have played with Hendrix by then. Good question Matt!
 
Sorry guys, I caught this thread at the end. Is the idea now that since I've guessed the right answer, it's up to me to come up with another question?

OK ... I went to the beginning and read the rules. I apologize if I screwed things up, I was just answering the question for fun, didn't realize there were other implications. As I don't have the requisite numbers of posts, and didn't check with the moderators first, I'll gladly forgo my winnings, but I'd still like to post a question to the group, and I'll send out a few sticks per the guidelines ...

How's that sound ?
 
if i remember the rules right you have to have more than "X" amount of posts and you must send out cigars before i send mine to you. oh and you have to have a positive feedback post in the good traders thread. you do have that ( http://cigar.ambackforum.com/viewtopic. ... 489#459489 )

I personally am ok with the lack of posts because of my dealings with you before. i will put my neck out for you and i will send my cigars to you but only after the winner of your F&G contest gets his/hers.

If this is ok with the mods that is...
 
Im also new here, and considering playing, what is the deal with sending out cigars, is it like sending 5 or so of your favorites, does it go by price?
 
Matt - you are on the money this way... Asylum ask a question and send out his winnings. When they've been received - Kuzi will send his cigars to Asylum.

I don't want to be too harsh - but since we have had some folks get stiffed in the past - we need to stick to the guidelines.

Does this work for you Asylum and Kuzi?

Doggone it! I know the band, but can't remember the song. I'll try and see if I can find the album today(that's what they used to put music on in the oldin' days for you young fellers, and I've got hundreds) and figure out the song.
