i can post a new one, i thought it would have to go 3 days without a response for me to post a new question.

We're still waiting for an answer to pbnmon's question.

I think anyone should be eligible for this question by now, just to get the ball rolling again.

pbmon-

that'll probably work: let everybody have one last shot at this; If no one has gotten it by tomorrow evening, give 'em something else to chew on.

everone else-

Are we going to let the noob be the first one to stump everyone? I've seen ya'll solve infinite series problems for free cigars! How hard can a little trivia be?

I cant find anything other than whats already been said. There are thousands of articles on the web. Trying to find the one or two sentances that will give the exact point being looked for is probably possible, but, I give, good luck guys

Allright this is my last guess....

He would hire experienced rollers and than retrain them to his standards. Sometimes upwards of 2 years depending upon the talent of the roller.

I am not finding any other information than that that I have given.

If it is a little problem, he leaves them a note, if it is a big problem, he docks them for the work, turns their table over and leaves a note which says "ojo" or "eye" which means he is watching them. He may also have his lector say something the next day about how that person is being watched. He will put up with one problem, or two mistakes. The third you are out.

Teddy, I just won a bit over a week ago. I only looked into it cause we can't let the noob stump us. I am going to go edit a certain post now, so you might want to get on posting the right answer.

All the best,

Joe

Nice job Joe, I was unable to find it. Thank you for the link it was an interesting read.

That's an interesting way to handle things... I'm glad I've never had a boss that intimidating!

Cool factoid!

The old man is tough. Wow, he really is old school. Know I don't know if I want to try his cigars. If I don't smoke it right he might beat me up, or turn over my ashtray.

That was a very interesting read. Thanks for the link, Fargo.

Hmmm, I need to think of a really good question....

I'm thinking something that can't be found on the web. This may take some thought.

Later,

Joe
