my challenge :
what does the creator of Cuba Aliados cigars do to workers who's daily products dont meet his standards?

edit : im not gonna be able to send the cigars out, until monday of next week. due to this delay, the winner will get a freebie.

He sends him to the HR dept, to meet with a HR specialist to discuss how he FEELs about not making the standards set buy the boss. Then, he gets in touch with his union rep and they threaten to strike because the company hurt his feelings.

or the boss cuts the guys hand off and fires him

very close, but there is a specific detail i read, more indepth than the 3 strikes your out.

If they can not do it his (Rolando Reyes,Sr.) way then they were told to leave.
 
One week now.

We had a dry spell where no one was eligible, so we decided to let the contests, not the waiting periods, pick the winners.
