Doc,

I about fell off the couch laughing when I read your answer. Of course my wife wanted to know what I was laughing about so I showed her and she got a chuckle out of it too. (Which is kinda remarkable since most womes don't find such things funny!!!) If no one gets it in 24 hrs. I am declaring you the winner just for making me laugh so hard.

My wife watches "Dr. 90210" on tv, and I've seen some messed up cosmetic surgeries that the Dr had to fix up. Your image just reminded me of that.

So I guess the correct answer is not from an IQ test? bummers.

That show gives me the heebie jeebies. Whenever the doctor comes in I can't help but think "Hi everybody, my name is Dr. Nick Riviera". If you have an injury/deformity I can see getting plastic surgery, but elective???
