I Sent In My J.C. Newman Renewal Yesterday. . . .

I came home at about 2255 hours Friday night, and as the taxi pulled into the driveway, the headlights shone on a box on the ledge outside my garage. It was the shirt, and I must say, the classiest and highest quality shirt they've had so far, and the logo is absolutely beautiful. The J.C. Newman Cigar Connoisseurs Club has certainly grown with their wonderful membership. The inclusion of this latest shirt is certainly testament to the fabulous deal your 18 bucks gets you.

If you are a cigar smoker, and you have an extra 18 bucks, and you DON'T go for this deal, . . .

:dunno: :duh: :duh: :duh:

I'm still hoping to hear about why people outside the country can't join, but no reply from J.C. Newman yet. I can always get DocBarry on the case. :sm_angel:

Quick question. How long does it noramally take to receive the cigars/shirt or any other info?I joined almost 2 weeks ago.

My cigars arrived within a week along with a letter stating the shirts were back-ordered and would be shipped upon arrival. I'm still waiting for my shirt. Hopefully, the fact that Bloofy got his yesterday means they're shipping now.

Two weeks is not a long time to go without receiving anything. I've been a member for at least six, seven years, and I think it took four weeks or more just to receive my cigars.

Got my shirt today! Nice!
I think I'll break it in properly by wearing it golfing tomorrow and I'll take one of the Cuesta-Ray cigars as my golf smoke!

Don't forget the newsletter you will be receiving. They love folks like you, dejoro. If you take a picture of yourself in that shirt, smoking the cigar with the band showing toward the camera, and send it in, you might win something big some day. They run contests throughout the year, and people just like you, sitting around smoking various cigars put out by J.C. Newman, win really nice stuff all the time.

Bloof, please wear clothes if you take a pic and send it in! I hear that you're hot these days, but for goodness sake don't subject anyone to a pic of your nakedness!!!!!

Got home last night at 11:00PM and what was waiting for me? A box with a nice shirt and some sticks! :D

Wearing the shirt at work today and will smoke one of the sticks this afternoon.

This is for The SiDog, and anyone else from out of the U.S.A. who may have been interested in joining the J.C. Newman Cigar Connoisseurs Club. I awoke to this e-mail, in response to the query I made a while back:
__________________________

Mr. _________,

Thank you for your support and recruitment of loyal cigar club members, we sincerely appreciate the efforts.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the club internationally because the member would have to pay for export taxes and fees which would not make the club cost effective. We also don’t offer the Club internationally, because we do not offer Club Partner Deals internationally (retail promotions) which is the biggest part of being a club member. I hope this helps answer your questions and please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thanks,

Jessica Springer
JCNCC Manager
