Medals, from left to right:

Navy Achievment Medal, Good Conduct Medal (you get that every 3 years....I got my first at 4 1/2 :twisted: ), National Defense Medal, Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (GWOTEx), GWOT Service Medal

Ribbons, top then left to right:

Combat Action, Presidential Unit Citation (first time issued since Viet Nam), Meritorious Unit Citation, Sea Service Deployment
