the same stuff I have been making for about 15 years now, clear as moonshine, with a little citrus peel in the final distalation, & this year I am trying to make a little vanilla flavor added , got some great madagascar vanilla beans , no age on the stuff, we drink it right out of the still ! hahaha, comes in at just over 120 proof , & I do add a little spring water, just to cut the burn, brings the proof down to about 100, still will KICK YOU BEHIND from here to next Monday ! hahaha , we drink it before we got on the BUS for the Burghhufers cigar crawl, nothing like a good Buzz at 8 am ! hahaha Enjoy, Vince
