What Did You Smoke Today

Fuente Exquisitos maduro then a Drew Estates Natural Elexir 5-50. Was interesting to say the least. Like sucking on brown sugar for the first inch or so but then was actually just a nice sweet mild smoke after that. I actually kinda liked it but if I ever smoke one again, it definitely won't be while in my car. My car had a real sickening sugar smell for quite a while until I lit up my next cigar, a Vegeance robusto by Rocky Patel. That was one good cigar. There are just way to many cigars I want boxes of now...

Started the morning yard work with 2 cigar.com Cameroons, then a C10 corona. After the work, Honderan Primero. After a nice roasted pheasant dinner, a CAO cameroon and a Vegas A anomaly; With root beer and JB Black, respectively.

Bolivar PC mentioned earlier
5 Vegas A Artisan
Natural by Drew Estate Root Deluxx..I love these!

No kidding. She had me thinking she was some ole lady. Brenda, are you Greek by chance?

I'm Mexican and an old lady at heart!

I picked up a house brand Cuban on Thursday. Went down by the river to spread my fathers ashes yesterday, did the deed, and then sat in a lawn chair in the peace and quiet, and smoked it to the nub in his memory. It was a very nice way to spend some time all things considered. Him and I never got to smoke together, but now when I light up it will be for him.

Rocky Pattel Vintage 1990
Acid by Drew Estate Blondie
Romeo Y Julieta Reserva Real(you guys should try this, WONDERFUL smoke)

Bikeman, my sympathies and prayers for you and your family. Definitely light them up in his memory.

Sunday I had a CAO Criollo Pato for breakfast. It was very lacking. Not a fan. For dinner I had a Cohiba Red Dot Lonsdale. Excellent.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

Bikeman:

Sorry for your loss - I started smoking cigars the day I arrived home with my fathers ashes in April. Everytime I light one up I think of him in the garden puffing away.

Today I smoked an Ashton Maduro with buddy USMC6672. As always the conversation and the smoke were great. Thanks for staying awake to have a cigar with me Scott!

 Not a problem! Wish I could go to sleep after working those long hours, gotta go rake these damn leaves now! Ha Ha!!!!

Thanks alot guys, i really apreciate it, but it was nice, it was the last really nice day this year I think, we woke up to snow this morning, and i do not think it is going to go away. No more outside cigar smoking for me this year...time to hit the order button for spring!!!

Sorry for your loss :(

Its been over 3 years since I lost my Dad and I think about him alot. The thing about death is that we will all take that ride...

bottled all my beer on sunday...15 gallons...celebrated with a hoyo de Monterry dark sumatra...monday eve after working out, I looked ata ll that bottled beer and remembered that it just took me 7 hours to bottle...and celebrated again with a Camacho Coyolar...it was a great nite for a walk...running out of good days though.

Part of my childhood was spent growing up in the mountains of the Shenandoah Valley here in Virginia, and I have very fond memories of walking the mountains while snow was falling. The perfect silence and new beauty is something I revel in to this day.

Too cold? Not for the hour or so walk while I enjoy a great cigar. :D
