Are there tariffs or custom fees for stix brought into the UK from the US? I imagine the shipping itself must be steep.

Good Day, I am a letter carrier for our esteemed Crown Corp. I have only been smoking cigars for a short time now, a buddy got me hooked with a Guantanamera he brought back from Cuba for me. I also have to smoke outside, and that has been a challenge already with winter quickly setting in. It will give me a chance to fill my humidor with sticks from cigars.com. By spring, they should all be SWEEEEET!

I know what you are say UKbikie - gets right on my tits, tell me, do you ever get hit for VAT on the Cigar.com orders you have coming in ? - I did the other day 5 sticks cost me a further £30

I'm an engineer at a satellite manufacturing company in southern California. (hint: we built the DirecTV and XM satellites)

Our facility has few "Designated Smoking Areas" which really isn't anything. I don't have the time to enjoy a cigar because of the amount of time it takes to smoke one.

I'm orignally from Hawaii and have been in California for only 9 1/2 years. I've never seen a state so uptight about smoking regulations and restrictions in my life.

You should try the Arturo Fuente Exquisitos 4 1/2" x 33 ring. A nice quick lil' smoke. It takes me about 30 minutes (and I like to take my time.)

I WISH I could take a 30 minute break! With all these area badge scanners and proximity readers, we can't hide from anyone. :(
"Doc-T is in restroom 12 Stall #1"

USAF Command and Control. I use my TS+ clearance to sit in a chair and wait for STHTF :x OH well, only 2 years left.

I smoke like once a week. Usually once every two weeks. I just don't have the time. Once we got back on 8 hour shifts with some days off I'll smoke more.

I have been a professional accountant for 12 years. I have been a CFO, controller, etc.

Please note, I was raised working on a family farm. Also, during high school and college I worked pumping gas, fixing flats, mechanicing, waiting tables, building fences, and framing houses. I know what hard work is and my past experience helps me appreciate where I am now.

I am currently working for an extremely large university system as an auditor overseeing internal IT, compliance, and financial audit engagements.

I cannot smoke at work and I usually enjoy 2-3 sticks per week, mostly on the weekends. I do not smoke in the house but since we live in a very mild climate, smoking outside is not a problem, plus I'm a very outdoors person. I typically smoke sticks in the $5-8 range.

I am a asphalt plant manager/operator. Being the manager I designate smoking areas so it's great for that and being outside the control room checking the equipment. My boss used to smoke but quit several years ago and now can't stand the smell of cigarettes, but a good cigar drives him nuts. And he will hang out for awhile.

Army Vet. Past 10 years I've been in the pharmaceutical industry.

All my smoking this time of year is at CFO (my local shop, almost everyday) The "Club Perfecto" as it's called, is like Cheers.

I kill a few boxes a month, but the daily average is too sporatic to even estimate. I could smoke 10 or none at all...all depends.

I will be changing jobs at some point next year and I'll be smoking all over the place all the time. I'll post again when I can tell you more. I'm rather excited. And yes, it's cigar related. 8)
