This is my first attempt at fermenting cider. Thought the colors looked appropriate for this season. Used fresh cider from Uncle John's just south of Mt. Pleasant, MI. Two lbs of sugar, 1/2 lb of honey, and champagne yeast. Very simple, so we'll see how it works in several months.

After all the ads on tv I went against my better judgment and bought a bottle of Jose Cuervro Black. As with other cuervo products it did not live up to the hype. I must admit it was better then there regular offerings but not by much. I would say a 4 out of 10.. Travis

What are people stocking up on. For me nothing really changes, I drink less mixed drinks and more Scotch this time of year and I don't know why.
