Ok, I just lost my lunch. Seriouslyu; a thong. Gross!

i will have to try to get to the store tonight and get a scale or find one at my mom's house. Then I can start.
 
Weighed in this morning at 238 - down 3 lbs. Did a hard workout and will be good today. Tomorow is our annual St Pats party. I will hit a speedbump there. Corned beef, Boiled taters, cabbage, Guinness, jameson's - oh yeah!!! - there's a few calories there, baby!. Hopefully it will be warm enough to step out back and have a smoke.
 
The Sunday weigh in went pretty well this morning... 230 on the nose. That's 4 lbs from last week. Not bad... I guess it'll get better once I start exercising.

Sitting around in a hospital room eating all day long is not good for my girlish figure!
 
247, I probably drank a little to much this weekend, I would have lost more.
 
How's everyone doing on this? I started at 237, this morning 233. 4lbs. Gosh this is going slow :roll: . I'm about to get on the ball and knock some of this fat off!!!
