That Michigan vs Ohio state showdown is looking like the best ever, can't wait.

Anybody else full of glee that FSU and Miami are non-existant (not counting brawls) this year?

i just saw the post about our mountaineers...the defense was starting to look decent against uconn, they were much more disciplined than they have been this year. and pat whites arm looked really good, its nice to show everyone we can throw the ball too

Countdown to louisvile and rutgers is on. anyone coming out for the rutgers game we'll have to meet up somewhere and enjoy a few brews and a few smokes

Dude, if you are coming, you will have to come by my tailgate. We are within 100yds of the East Gate in the Light Blue Lot --- PM me your E-mail addy and I will send you more info. Our lot is much more mellow than what you will encounter in the Blue Lot -- But your scarlet may stand out a bit. (you will laugh hard when you hear my 3 and 4 yr old tell you that PITT SUCKS!)

I have a motorhome I park in the Light Blue Lot -- our tailgate is more family atmosphere because my 3yr old daughter and 4yr old son are at every game/tailgate. The downside is that I do not allow any smoking in the RV because of the kids, but there is plenty of outdoors :wink:

I am in the Light Blue lot close to the Mylan Tent (normally the 2nd motorhome along the inside edge from the Mylan Tent. Hard to miss a 37' Winnebago Journey with Flying WV's on the back and sides.

Besides you and Bored --- Kelvin is trying to arrange his schedule to make the trip to Morgantown to witness his knights losing a joust! :lol: :lol: :shock: :lol:

all you rutgers fans get ready to watch the WVU vs Louisville game this thursday. You can see whats in store when rutgers comes out here in December.

WVU is on the way to the national championship game!

I am looking forward to watching the game on Thursday - I fully expect a WVU win.

I am just hoping (and so is boredatskewl) that our QB can finally step up because they are loading up against the run.

There was a good article in ESPN the Magazine this week concerning the brawl. That was one of two brawls that day, yet only the Miami one got press.

I was at WVU when the Marvin Graves fiasco happened on the sidelines (WVU vs. Syracuse). A couple of days after the game, the head official called Don Nehlen and apologized for blowing the call. The officials threw out 3 of our best players, and one of their scrubs (and did nothing to Marvin Graves who stated the whole thing by throwing the ball into our players face). There was also on tape one of the Syracuse Asst Coaches hitting one of our players in the head with a forearm!

So....I suppose that Rutgers is all that's left to hold Louisville out of it.....yea baby....WVU couldn't handle it, we'll have to do it....

rooting for rutgers next weekend...then wvu beats rutgers in december...and the big east title will be decided via tie break!

which probably still gives it to louisville but it leaves me with a little hope

You forget that the scarlet knights are going to roll over louisville like a little speed bump on the way down the road to WVU where we will dominate on both sides of the ball....At least I hope that's how it goes...

Now you are starting to sound like some of our fans were before last Thursday. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Thursday's game is going to be a tough one for you all, but hopefully you will overcome. The best thing you have in your favor is that it is on YOUR TURF, not in Papa John's Stadium. However, Dec 2 you will be at Mylan Puskar Stadium @ Mountaineer Field. Should we be coming into that game @ 10-1 and the game is for BE Champs --- it will be a tough war for you all to fight/win.

But, before and after the game, we can enjoy each other's company at our tailgate/motorhome.

I definetly feel like home field is huge in this weeks game. I'm hoping to score some tickets and head there myself but who knows. I'm definetly looking forward heading out to WV for the game/tailgate/sudo-sitdown in the parking lot....ha ha..it's going to be a good time..

The sit-down part might be a little chilly because with the kids and my sarcoidosis there is no smoking in the RV. But, there is plenty to eat and drink on hand!
