Whatever it takes...Rutgers is going to beat WVU anyway so this will just solidify our victory in the Big East...

Bored ---

Be careful talking smack. Remember, you all beat Louisville on your turf....and they have historically been much worse on the road than at Papa John's Stadium.

It will be a good game, but don't come in over confident as Mountaineer Field is not the easiest place to walk away with a win from. Unlike Nippert where there were only 28,000 fans at the game, Mountaineer Field will be packed to capacity of nearly 70,000 rabid fans.

You will be in for a treat when you come to our stadium. There is some serious tailgating going on. If the rumors are correct and the game is in the eveming, there will be more drunks there than you can count. If you are not at our tailgate, and are wearing RU colors and talkin smack, you may get the @$$whipping that talking trash seek!

I'm just proud to see Rutgers at the place where they are today. I can remember going to Piscataway and there only being close to 5,000 people...if that. I know the staduim is small but when Louisville was there, there were 44,111. I know that lots were there because of the undefeated possibility, and the magnitude of the game, but i'm just glad to see the players getting the respect that they deserve.

So the WVU vs Rutgers game is now the 7:45 game on saturday. I'm thinking we might be getting the ESPN college gameday crew. ESPN's only other game is the noon louisville vs conn game. If its here I'm finding a way onto the air.

It's been a great ride for me - I have suffered through some HORRIBLE years. I remember crap growing between the seats at the old stadium and folks making fun of us constantly. Alot of these kids who are seniors now took a lot of crap to come to RU when we were horrendous - they will always be heroes to alot of us for making that decision. Glad to see them getting rewarded with this great season. Brian Leonard - there isn't a classier kid than him. Can't wait to see him on Sundays.

What a way to end a dissapointing season.
4 coaches in the last 6 seasons and looking for the fith.
Lots of names being thrown out there, I believe the coach from WVU has been mentioned, don't know how it will all end up.
I don't think the University has handled the whole thing very well, with the press releases they put out before the annoucement of firing Shula.
There is always next year.

ROLL TIDE

I couldn't find anything that listed where the college gameday crew will be this weekend, but I am betting you will have a lot of ABC (parent company) competition with the USC game, ACC championship, and Big12 championship games. Unfortunately, the biggest rivalry Army-Navy will also be left out and not have the crew.

But, what a great weekend of games! Can't wait to see how it all plays out and who goes to what bowl game. Go BUCKS and Go Navy.

Well, it was a good run for Rutgers. It was an awesome game, although a bit cold, for the final season game. We stopped by mikegunner's tailgate and ate/drank and tried to keep warm. Here's a picture of myself and the girlfriend PreGame....

Now you have to upload the post game pics --- And you have to admit, that Chili kept you warm! Hopefully next year, we will bring the RV to Piscataway for the REMATCH!

And, wouldn't you know it, I got up Sunday, went and offloaded my Black/Grey Water, drained my freshwater and emptied my Water Heater/water lines and winterized the RV --- and when I got back to Fairmont, I checked my e-mail and found we had gotten a Gator Bowl bid  8) That meant I had spent all that time for NOTHING!!! Over the next two weeks, we will totally unload the RV, and get her ready for the trip to FL! That Jeep that I had parked in front of the motorhome in the lot is my tow vehicle. We will leave after work on Dec 22 (remember, being Jewish, Dec 25th is just another day to us!). We have an RV slip at Disney from Dec 24-Dec 30 Then up to Jacksonville until Jan 2

Is your girlfriend making a gang sign? :D She's very attractive.
It was a hard fought, generally well played game. As the old saying goes, it's too bad one team had to lose. Look at the bright side- Rutgers will have a chance next year for payback at home.
My older sister attended the game. I'm too lazy and I knew it would be cold.

Looks like she is throwing the horns, Heavy Metal fan perhaps?

My bowl season wish is for the Big Ten to crush the SEC in any and all games they face off in, I'm sick of hearing that the SEC is the best conference in football. Yes Chrisguinther, Pbburner, Bildo and Twoputts, this does mean I will be rooting for *gulp* Ohio State in the championship game.

I do have the picture of Mike, Jim and myself, but I haven't had time to download the pictures from my camera as of yet....I'll get them up as soon as I can...

she's definetly not into the Heavy metal, or associated with any gangs.....ha ha ha...she likes puppies and country music...she just likes to emulate my excitement for the game...even if it's not actually exciting for her....

The last WVU game was great. My girlfriend and I were 8 rows from the end zone where all of the OT took place.

Roland spent the weekend at my place so I'm entitled to say that those are the most ridiculous pants I've ever seen. It pained me to walk around downtown Morgantown next to those pants. Luckily we convinced him to he would freeze unless he changed for game time.

Thanks again Mike for inviting us to your tailgate. Had a great time. We'll cya at one of the basketball games this year.

Jim may be FROM New Jersey, but has been in WV long enough to know that people here DON"T walk out of the house wearing THOSE pants!

About the only people in Morgantown that would do so belong to the Lambda Society and when I was in school, they would frequent a bar called the Double Decker. ;)

Sometime I will have to send you the picture of BigCat (he is a nutcase WVU fan who dresses up) I can't post his pic here because of our standards. Suffice it to say he wears a loin cloth sized apron that has SPOT THE BALL on it (that is RRods favorite saying) --- I will leave to everyone's imagination what he has under that loin cloth (no, he is not nude, he is wearing pants).

I'll definetly wear them to whippany. I wanted to wear them to the game but they were a little too lighweight to make it through 4 quarters and 3 overtimes. I would have been REALLY cold after that......but I still wanted to...

Another Heisman Trophy for The Ohio State University. One more trophy to carry home from Glendale and it will have been a perfect season.

twoputts ---

a perfect season to me is WVU 13-0 and sPITT being 0-12 ;)

WVU fans love Wanstache being coach at sPITT....... HE has been a LOSER as a head coach in every job he has held. Maybe someone will even tatoo a big L on his forhead.

WVU can't make it easy on themselves, but nice win yesterday. Hey mike, did you make it down there.
