You are all falling into the trap!! LMAO!! I started with a 50 ct humidor, and after a LESS THAN A YEAR on this place, look what happend to me :cry: :cry: :cry: But, I love this hobby! Welcome to all of the new members of the forum.
 
My 30-ct lasted about a month. Then I bought a 200-ct. Now I've got my eye on that 500-ct over there . . .

Hello, from John Schwab in Kalamazoo, MI.

My first cigar was many years ago as a hazing incident. I was careful not to let on that I liked it and the upperclassman bought me cigars for the entire semester.

Recently started again seriously. Received a very expensive free gift of COM club from c.com and now share the same compulsion that I have been reading about on the forum.

Fun hobby and very informative forum.

Hi my name is Al, . . . and I'm a smokaholic. HELLO!!! everyone, my name is AL I am from Miami, this is my very first post. I have lived in Florida most of my life. I will be celebrating my 30th b-day on the 6th. I served my country proudly for 5yrs in the Navy. Afterwhich, I moved to Canada, (Wolfville, Nova Scotia to be exact.) I met a wonderful girl there that promised to put up with my crap. I have been surfing around this site for a couple of days now, and I just thought it would be really cool to introduce myself. I have been smoking, 'something' for the past five years. I say something because before now I had no idea what I was doing :roll:

Needless to say I am a bit of a novice/amatuer when it come to cigars, I have ruined some probably really fine cigars in my day.
I hope to learn as much as I can from you all. I am a vessel thirsty for knowledge. I hope to develope some lasting friendships and unbreakable connections here with you all.

after 5 years you had to have learned something. maybe because you werent "trained" to smoke a cigar you have insight that no one else here does.

. . .I think I was misled in my attempts to be cool. But now I had a true appreciation for cigars, and knowledge is power :) thankyou
