That's right, I don't see anything in this thread by Capt to apologize for. There's some very foul smelling forensic data in the evidence room that hasn't been cleared up yet, and it's hard not to react to that. If it's cleared up, then no harm done all around.

I have him on my AIM buddy list as do others here. He had assured myself and Jihiggs that he had sent it. When I see him online, I will try to contact him again concerning this.

As a member of the staff, I have received copies of the correspondence back and forth in the matter and I can assure you that Syntax was banned for very good cause and he brought this banishment upon himself with his actions and then reactions to being called to task for his original actions. It is unfortunate as I stated in the Blind Box Pass thread that the Admin who contacted him had no idea of the Blind Box Pass, or that Syntax was in possession of it at the time he was banned.

An open letter to Syntax

Hey man, I certainly hope you're on the level about the box being sent. I've only had good thoughts about you. You seem like a really nice guy. When we didn't hear from you I even emailed you to make sure you were okay. I was bummed when you were banned. The folks involved with the Blind Box Pass are hurt and really worried. A lot of $$$ was spent on the cigars that were in that box. I don't make a lot of money but, I wanted to be as generous as I could with my "puts." I really feel for Dean, who has been very patient and trusting with all of us. I hope everything is copasetic.

Well this sucks. I did have a better thought of Syntax then that, but Then again I usually try and look at the better side of people unless they just piss me off.

If any one has any issues with me at anytime don't hesitate to contact me.

I've always considered violence to be a last resort...thats why I always use it first. :lol:
