What Did You Smoke Today

RP Vintage 92 Sixty with a nice glass of Glenmorangie Port Wood. It was a good night

had a padilla miami belicoso and the only words that come to mind are OH MY GOD what a great cigar. going to have to get some more of these. :D

Just got done with an Independencia Churchill. Good smoke that took about an hour and some change to smoke. Lots of gray smoke, great ash that held on for a good inch before I had to ash it so it wouldn't fall in my lap. Perfect burn with a great draw. Had a spicier pepper finish to it the last half.

I managed to get outside and smoke a great LGC Wavell that has been in my humi for a while. Now I know why I buy these over and over - what a great hour long smoke!!

Was "in the mood". Went over and opened the humi looking to see what I might find....

Spotted a cigar I didn't recognize. What's this? Did a little investigation...

Turned out to be a Perdomo La Tradicion Reserve Champagne R (Robusto).
Looked on the inventory list--couldn't find it listed!

Don't know where it come from-wait a minute-maybe I do-I think it was a gift from my good friend Cutter.

Well, I lit it up while sittin' on the patio and had about an hour of great smoke. Some might call it mild--I'd call it subtlely complex. Smooth, delicate Conneticut wrapper. Had to look closely for the veins in the leaf or seams in the wrapper. It was "so round, so firm & so fully packed". Burned smoothly. Smelled "sweet". The ash held on until 3"+. Scorched my finger tips smokin' it down to 1/2".
Got to think about gettin' another one, or two, or more!!

RP Vintage 92 (a favorite go to), Beaners Coffee, Bob and Tom on the radio and a business trip to Benton Harbor (?). But will get to check out a new microbrewery, the Livery. Life is good.

Late night Opus X Belicosa. Great cigar to sit back and think about life, and where it should lead.

What year m4? I want to hear a review of the '06 as I am probalby going to get some soon.

Don Lino Africa robusto. Fantastic smoke, creamy rich full flavored cigar. Loved every minute of it.

Thanks Robby!

Yesterday I had another RP Vintage 1999 CT Toro. I love these things! A great mild cigar, perfect for when I'm driving. Every one one these that I've had has had perfect construction (a little loose on the draw at first but it tightens up once you get into it little) and razor straight burns.

I ordered a box of PC's last week, and they came in yesterday. I can't wait to see what the smaller format does for these. The toro just feels uncomfortably large to me now.

RyJ Reserva Real. Just what I would expect from RyJ: a really nice smooth flavorful smoke with excellent construction.

As long as you promise to only smoke ONE and age the rest, hehe

...but if the Rangers win the cup this year you can smoke them all!

Last night after chat it was a Punch Rare Corojo Magnum. My first Corojo. I don't know why...but consistent is the best word to describe this smoke. Full bodied, but very smokeable. I'll be aquiring more of these

Love these. The Magnum has a nice ring size. These keep a cool smoke.
