What Did You Smoke Today

Romeo y Julieta Aniversario Corona.

It was OK, I didn't love it and I didn't hate it.

I had a Graycliff Red Label PGX tonight. It was good, burned well and evenly, was as mild as I expected but tasty enough to satisfy me tonight.

I'd smoke it again, but the hefty price tag Graycliffs carry might make me thing twice. Good thing I bought it at the factory in Nassau, that made it even more special for me.

I smoked a CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon robusto last night while I sipped a Glenlivet neat. It was a great combo.

had a tampa sweetheart #280 earlier. currently working on a camacho slr. later i have a indian tabac super fuerte maduro in the super gordo size ready to watch the barret-jackson auction on the speed channel. love watching those cars go for big money :D

Had an Oliva "O" maduro. Nice medium cigar. I like all the maduros I have tried so far. this one was good, but I think I liked the Partagas Black Label better... looking forward to comparing the 5 Vegas A.

I had my first 5 Vegas Grand Reserva Torpedo tonight. I wasn't too bad I liked the Limitada better. I think tomorrow i'll try the "A".

What a night! Sitting on my porch sipping on my favorite V.S.O.P toking on a diploma maduro. Does life get any better :D

Well after reading such great things here about the 5 Vegas A's.......I decided to buy a box and two 5 packs....received them today and just got done trying one tonight........I snipped the cap off the head and it didn't even look like tobacco....it looked more like a dark rich chocolate bar....I'm serious I couldn't believe it.....it looked good enough to eat......fired her up and was very very impressed and was immediately happy I bought so many without tasting them.............got about half way through and my wife came outside and handed me a ice cream sandwich...you know the ones with vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between two chocolate wafers.....so I continued to smoke the stick while eating the ice cream.....OMG between the cold ice cream and the chocolate wafers and the 5 Vegas A it was pure heaven for sure

Smoked a Perdomo La Tradicion Reserve F, Cameroon.

I really enjoyed this smoke. Took it nice and slow, and chased it down with a New Castle Brown Ale, what a great combo.

For $5.75 a single on c.com, it's a great value.

Today I had a CAO Soprano Soldier. Fabulous cigar. Smoked it to the nub. It was the last Soldier at my local shop. Would love to find some more. I also had the Diploma Maduro that Kelvin sent me. Another great smoke. I had a great day with two awesome smokes.

I'm working on a La Aroma de Cuba robusto at the moment. I'm approaching the halfway point and so far it's a very nice $4 stick. I wouldn't call it full bodied... more of a medium. It's quite smooth with a good amount of flavor in there. I think I detect a bit of wood in the taste.
So far this one's well put together. No cracking or splitting, draws well, and the wrapper looks about as perfect as they get. I did get a little uneven burning, though never more than 1/4 inch or so. Like a lot of slightly uneven cigars, it's evening out as I get closer to the end.
At any rate, it's making me happy.

Smoked an REO this morning, and just finished a 5 Vegas 'A' .. I have to say Capt is right about this one. It has just as much, if not more, flavor than the Partagas Black label. I love the Partagas, but the price on the 5 Vegas is hard to beat!
