Just getting over a bit of the flu that knocked me on my a$$ for about 3 days. I FINALLY got to smoke a cigar today on the 40 minutes ride out to the Mid-West Flyfishing Expo. I wanted to start right, so I smoked a Cameroon label Torp. GGGGGGreat cigar!

Lost in translation
Last night, A Fuente cubanito. An interesting little smoke. They are not too appealling to the eye, the wrapper is a little beat up loking. But looks can be deceiving. This little guy had a nice even burn and held its ash very well. This flavour is raw and full, with a medium start and building to a full bodied smoke by the end. Lots of classic tobacco, ceder and leather taste. It never got hot or bitter. For a small quick smoke it was nice.
i smoked my first c.com cuban label last night. :shock: Yummy it had been sittin in the humi for a month and i finally decided to try it.
yup now my only regret is that i didnt try it before i placed my order on monday morning. :banghead:
Breakfast: large cup of coffe(strong) with Camacho Corojo Dark Natural Monarca Lunch Rocky Patel The Edge Toro Maduro and coffee Afternoon break: CAO CX-2 and two fingers of Wild Turkey up. Can not wait until I get off to have one more on ride home. I like life!!
Thanks Doc, how is Torrance? I moved from Yorba Linda Ca. to Letcher South Dakota in 1989. Love it here I can enjoy my cigars everywhere except church and resturanrts

Tex, you have to do the winners of you contest a favor and try the freshly rolled cigar just after it was rolled. Let us know how it is fresh. Aw screw it, that sucker is going right in my mouth when I get that package. Thanks again.
I will light up the churchil later tonight. I will let you guys know what I think, but I dont think I can decribe the taste of my cigars as well as you guys can..
