What Did You Smoke Today

I smoked a 5vegas A torpedo today..took off the cello and smelled the foot...guess what...yup chicken poop

today was a good day, 75 and sunny here in dc, went down to the georgetown waterfront, had a bunch of beers...and an ashton aged maduro and a camacho slr maduro

ashton was good, i like it, but was nothing to rant and rave about, just a solid, good burning tastey cigar

the slr was fantastic, another of my new favorites

The pre-lit aroma of chicken sh*t was awesome!!

LOL - I remember the first box of cubans I opened - that chicken sh*t smell is something I won't ever forget.

Yesterday I did manage to get out and have two sticks:

Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 2 - it was pretty mild but very tasty - great construction and nice billowy smoke.

Graycliff Professionale PGX - Nice smooth stick - but not as much flavor as the JL (Shouldn't have had the cuban stick first!)

Believe it or not - there are farms here in this part of Jersey, Brenda! LOL! Not as big as your chicken though.

Good thing too.

Yesterday, a Casa Torano which was fabulous as always. Most beautiful billowy creamy smoke. Then an Oliva maduro Ole which was my first. For the money easily the best maduro I've had.

Yesterday I had a Ramon Allones Specially Selected with a cup of Kauai Peaberry (thank you very much Capt - that's a great coffee). Excellent stick - great billowy smoke - smoked it down to the nub!

LGC Series R excellent! does any one know how tha corona gorda compares to it?

Had a Hoyo Excaliber No. 2 Natural today.

Gorgeous burn and excellent draw, but left me wanting more taste.

Smoked a 1926 40th. Anniversary Padron. Very nice, but my palate is wasted on it. Best part was, it was free.

Course I went back to the shop and bought two more.

A Carlos Torano Exodus 1959, followed by a Punch Rare Corojo. Both excellent sticks, though I think I should have smoked them in the opposite order.
