What Did You Smoke Today

I also tried my first MX2 while walking around Honolulu yesterday. Nice way to spend an afternoon while "at work". I was very pleased with the smoke. Mild with good body and taste. It was a torpedo and lasted quite a while. :D

I guess every cigar cannot be a winner. I smoked a Ghurka (Class Regent?) this morning after breakfast, it had burn issues, and didn't even taste that great.

I think its going to be a Padilla this afternoon though, that will make up for it, I am sure.

Had "The Edge" this morning. Bold smoke with a nice spicy flavor. Great construction and good burn. All in all a nice smoke. I have a Comacho Corojo set aside for this afternoon. I haven't tried the Comacho yet but heard it also is a nice bold smoke.

The Camacho Corojo was excellent! I think I liked it better than the edge. I will have to do another complete taste test to be sure though. 8)
Seriously, these were both good strong smokes. Good flavor, burn, and construction.

Fast becoming my favorite coffee/morning match up is the CAO Brazilla Gol. The sweet wrapper and strong black coffee turn into a terrific almost mocha blend. The cigar itself seems to have been made by a true master. Very very nice.....Padilla Miami 8-11 for the afternoon and I am going to surprise myself after dinner. Have a great day!

I smoked a very nice CI Legends Green label this morning during book time in the back yard. These are good smokes, every one of them!!

I had a couple of Ghurka Vintages once and it had horrible drawing problems... very unpleasant... I've yet to have one that I like... But I here they are a very good and reputable cigar.

You know that is what was so dissapointing, the Ghurkas always seem to be hit and miss, some are excellent, and some just don't apeal to me at all!!

Have a good day brothers, and enjoy the fine smoking weather.

Just finished up a 5Vegas A type and I have to say I loved every minute of it. I thought I had smoked one before but I really don't remember for certain. I smoked it during a little walk with the family and finished it off while sitting on the front step enjoying the evening. I almost could light another one right now and smoke one all over again.
Tomorrow evening is supposed to be even nicer. It's going to be hard to reach for anything else but right now I'm thinking CAO Brazilia GOL.

One of my absolute favorite cigars, and the GOL seems to be the size that suits it best. Pairs up in the evening with a Guinness pretty well too.

Yesterday I had a 5 Vegas Gold nugget - perfect for my 30min drive home from work, and after a dinner an Oliva Master Blends 2 that I found locally. Man was that sucker a bold cigar. Not bad, but as they say in Nicaragua - Muy Fuerte!

This morning it was another 5V Gold w/coffee (5 cups worth...) and I'm currently finishing up a 5V "A" Apocalypse. This thing takes an afternoon to smoke - it's 6 x 58". I can't say enough good things about the Series "A", they're one of my faves and IMHO one of the best deals out there for the money. This evening I may treat myself to a Graycliff or high end Gurkha, I'm still debating on which. I may even sneak in a CAO before dinner, probably an anniversary cameroon.

Torano Tribute Robusto after lunch, Tatuaje Angeles this afternoon and a Gran Habano 3 Siglos Churchill after dinner. Every cigar was fantastic.

Friday night I had a 5 Vegas Torpedo while talking to a few mooks in chat. Saturday I had an H. Upmann #2 while visiting with my parents, and this evening I had a Perdomo Reserve Cameroon E while mowing the lawn.

Today was a great cigar day. I had a Torano Signature and a Graycliff Proffesional along with a few less notable smokes. Both of these smokes were excellent!

Yesterday I hada 5 Vegas gold toro. It might now be my favorite connecticut wrapper. So mellow but still has flavour. I enjoyed it a lot.

I just laid to rest a Cigar.com cuban label that has been resting for over a year. All I can say is wow!!!! What a wonderful smoke for 2 bucks.
Thanks guys.
