What Did You Smoke Today

A rare three cigar day for me.
For breakfast, I had a Cigar.com Blue Label churchill.
With lunch, I had a Cigar.com Cameroon robusto.
This evening, I had a CAO Cx2 toro.
Overall, a nice day for smoking.

Wow, my first post in here!

I'm new to cigars so I asked Vince to send me a few different ones to try out and see where my tastes lay. Tonight I had an Oliva Serie O. It was much milder than I expected, but it was a very nice smoke. It was nice to get a cup of coffee going and go for a stroll with a cigar for a bit. I might make it a habit if I could afford it. :D

Smoked a San Cristobal Fabuloso (Torpedo). Great smoke, but I still think I prefer the Guajiro (Lonsdale). I picked out many of the same flavors in the Fabuloso, but not in as much intensity as the Guajiro. I'd definitely smoke the Fabuloso again, but I think I'll be getting a box of the Guajiros. I'll have to try some of the other vitolas first though. Man, Pepin hit it out of the park with this one.

On this date, 23 years ago, I began my police career. Too bad my health didn't hold up, or I'd still be there. Miss it every day.

I'm loading up the dogs, and going for a walk around Bisbee, AZ. I'm taking along an Ashton VSG and a Monte Platinum 2.

Had a RJ Reserva and a Helix. I have no idea where the helix came from but it's been staring at me from the humidor for a while. Not a good cigar. I was worried it was a flavored thing but it had almost no taste.

Anthony Joseph Perry was born 57 years ago today. A favorite guitar player of mine.

Tonight, a Diamond Crown Maximus in celebration.

Joe, Happy b-day, and enjoy many more. Aerosmith, enjoy many more b-days as well.

Well, this weekend included a RY&J Platinum, C.com torp, and some other randoms. A 601 that I got from dinoa2 in a PIF a while back, as well as a RP OSG, which I recieved from a generous individual whom I neglect to remember here on the forum, during our annual fire department clam bake this Saturday.

It was my first from RP and I have to say I enjoyed it greatly. I revieved some other RP's in that same package and look forward to smoking them.

Today it was a wonderful cool afternoon, I enjoyed a C.com cameroon Churchill. I broke down and ordered a box of torpedos :)

All this time I thought that was Nigel Tufnel from Spinal Tap!

The OSG is one of my favorite by RP. I'm going to hate it when they go. I plan on picking up a box of the torps soon.

Off to walk the dogs. I'm bringing a Bolivar Royal Corona, and will light up remembering one of the greats. Johnny Cash died four years ago today.

Thanks for the reminder Colonel. Think I'll fire up something special for The Boy Named Sue... I've had some Gurkha Titans I've been aging for awhile, think I'll finally try one.

Had a CAO Criollo Pampa from 2004 this evening on the drive to class. It was a great little cigar. Good medium to full body full flavor stick with enough spice to satisfy me.

Always a day late - yesterday I had a Gran Habano (Corojo) gifted to me by the Yuma Bomber. Very spicy with a lot of herbal tones. Nice stick - when you getting them back in Alex?

I followed that with a Hoyo Petit Robusto - that is the weirdest size - good smoke though.

After I eat, I'll be reading a John Wayne biography out on the deck. I'll have Old Overholt Rye and an Avo Domaine 50. I bought a box for a friend, and he was nice enough to give me a few.

I had a 5 Vegas Gold this afternoon just before the rain started. Not a bad smoke. I may have to pick up a couple more of those.

I had an Oliva Series O. One of the dark, short ones. (sorry, I don't know cigar terminology). It was nice and strong. Not something I'd have all the time, but a decent smoke.
