What Did You Smoke Today

Cybrus, The Clarks come back and play Thursday's in Bridgewater every year. Friends of the owner. it's right at the mouth of the Beaver River.

That's awesome! Hopefully I'll find out about the next one a little more in advance!

M4 Not bad I enjoyed it. But nothing that made me want more. I like No.3 more. But it had a nice draw. But I had to lite it twice.

Another sunny day in SF, just a little chilly. Decided to have a RP Vintage 90 robusto after lunch.
Had some burn issues for the first inch or so, then it evened out into a fine smoke.

My new pipe. A black cavendish/lakatia blend called St. Charles Best that my tobacconist makes. My first bowl but I see many more in the future :D :D :D

tonight i had a c10 robusto, very good. well worth the wait! similar taste to the corona but the thickness i prefer.

Had a padron 3000 tonight. Aways a good cigar! Not a Camacho dark, but tasty just the same!!

Last night I had a Cusano Corojo. Good stick, started reasonably strong and stayed that way throughout. Had to re-light half way through but other than that a good stick, will have more.

Had a Punch Rare Corojo and a Cusano 18 Toro. Topped it off with an ONYX that my buddy gave me. Liked the construction and draw on the Onyx. Needed some time in the humidor though.

I had a La Aurora 1495. It is their new cigar that is coming out in a few months. It was amazing. One of the better cigars I have smoked since the RTDA. This morning I had a hemminway work of art with my coffee.

Needed a quick break from studying for my certification exam / final. Fired up a PAM Principe. Just like its big brothers this one was flawless. Only problem is, now I want one of the larger ones. I might have to take another break later this evening :)

just finished a Partagas Spanish Rosado. First one of these I've had...draw was too loose for my liking, but the flavor and aroma were fantastic. I'll be getting more of these I think.

Thoughts?

To be honest with you Bildo it wasn't for me. I think it's for the more mature smoker. But it had a nice ash. The draw was really smooth from the middle on. Lots of smoke. I think my problem is that the last 2 cigars i've had I keep trying to compare them to the c10. Which right now is my favorite. So I'm not enjoying them as much as I should. But it has a really nice BAND. It looks nice in my cigar journal.

I had a padilla Miami which is a full bodied line they are rolling in miami (hunce the name). A lot of people compare these to havanas but I must say I was not dazzled.... now where is that diploma I took out of my humidor :duh:

I have decided that for me it is all about the flavor. I dont care if a cigar is full bodied or mild, so long as it has a lot of flavor. :D

C10 on my way to the tobacco store. He gave me free pipe cleaners, a free stand, and a free lighter. THE MAN WON'T LET ME PAY HIM!!! He is way too generous but maybe I shouldn't complain until AFTER the tasting on Saturday... Later I had a pipe. I'm really liking this especially since I don't have to worry about it going out if I have to do something.

I'm about in the same boat. I certainly prefer medium and stronger....but it has to have some taste also.

After shooting last nite I had a double chateau. It was yummy.

I had a Cusano 18 robusto last night. Great taste that just got spicier towards the end. Full bodied stick, not at all what I was thinking it would be. I have four more in the humi that I might let sit a while to see how they do.
