What Did You Smoke Today

La Gloria Cubana Series R Maduro #4

Wasn't what I was expecting at all. Had an almost ashy flavor and burned very unevenly. Heard good thing so I'll try again but didn't care for this one...

Justin - That is EXACTLY one of the sticks I had that was a let down! I was sooo looking forward to her too.

Sheesh... I have one waiting in the humi too.... BP, are you sure you just aren't trying to get me to send it to you?...lol!

Rocky Patel Vintage 92 Segudnos

after lunch......it was supurb, excellant, smooth and flavorfull....will prolly get couple more bundles of these

Had a decent cigar day.

1. Perdomo ESV91 Maduro - Not bad, I liked the Cameroon more

2. Trinidad Reyes (ISOM), these need more time. 2 - 5 years minimum.

3. El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme (ISOM)- great as alsways. Some burn issues, but great flavor.

My brothers and sister, I have some bad news.
I am responsible for tossing a C18 robusto before its time
I was halfway into the smoke when I got that familiar tickle in my throat, letting me know that I was about to empty my stomach :bigpuke:
It wasn't the cigar's fault, I felt funny since I woke up at 5 this morning.
Word is there's a stomach flu going around...with all the squatters around my school it's no surprise. But I have a feeling it's someone in class who's not washing their hands very often :banghead:
At least it's the weekend and I don't have to be around much food.

sorry to here that, Axe.... you take care of yourself over the weekend. And if you decide you just can't stomach cigars anymore.......well, you have my addy!...LOL :p No, Really... Get well, Man!

Thats too bad Axe. Same type of thing going around here.

Today I had a CAO MX2 which was great and which I smoked literally until it hurt to hold. But I didn't feel well still. Then foolishly I lit up a REO but couldn't smoke more than 1/3 of it. Now it feels like my stomach is going back and forth through an old time washing machine ringer.

Great day at the smoke shop. Polished off:

1. Partagas D No 4 ISOM
2. Cohiba Siglo V ISOM
3. Cusano C10 Corona

I LOVED the siglo V, it is a clear favorite. However, I must say that the C10 is one of the best cigars. Consitant, great burn, amazing flavor. I am a huge fan of the Corona but dont care quite so much for the Robusto. I reserve the Robusto for the Cusano 18 me thinks.

Today I had an amazing PSD4, and then right after that I had what may have been a fake Bolivar Corona. Tasted good though, whether it was real or not.
