What Did You Smoke Today

Went to the smoke shop today and picked up a few Hemingways and a few 858 maduros. Started off smoking one of the Hemis, then I had to go to pick up my suit from the dry cleaners only to find that they'd just closed, so I have to do that tomorrow morning. Then I went to join my buddies at the Patio Restaurant, had an 858. Ordered a nice center cut top sirloin...mmmmmm...finished off with another Hemingway.

I figured I'd get a few in today since I won't be able to smoke this weekend. I'm going down to Miami tomorrow with my girlfriend. My uncle is getting married down there on Sunday. :D

I love those edges bildo. Very comparable to diplomas in my opinion and for almost half the price too. I just bought a box yesterday in fact. One thing I'm curious about though, the box says "slowly aged 5 years." How is that any different from any other aging?

Anywho, I had an edge maduro torpedo and an MX2

Punch rare corojo, enjoyable smoke really liked the color reminded me of a Garand stock. But I think I might like my cigars round, the squarish box press shape kinda turned me off.

My dad came over this afternoon with some steaks to watch the fireworks from the nearby casino tonight. We both had Padron 3000's after dinner, good as usual. Then right before the fireworks he pulls out 2 VR DA's. Man that thing was tasty. Lots of cream and a floral note that wouldn't go away. It had both a great pre and post-light aroma. Looks like dad's making some acquisitions of his own...time for me to raid his stash

Beautifull weather up here yesterday, low humidity, sunny, with the temps in the mid 70's. After a great a steak supper on the deck, I enjoyed a couple of cognacs and a Comacho Corojo Dark Monarcha...absolutley great!!!!.......... The Camacho line is the best!!!

That DA is a great smoke, for me, almost a 3 hour smoke. Lucky you.

I had a Cohiba, today which will have to be my 4th of July smoke, won't get a chance to have a cigar on the 4th.

Camacho 2005 Liberty, and a Cohiba Siglo VI. Love the three day weekends!

First smoke since Friday...had me a Hemingway on the way home from the fireworks.

Started this afternoon with a Padron '26 #1 natural, then had a Hoyo Epi No. 2 after lunch. Now I just put the torch to a Camacho 2004 Liberty Amend XII. I thought I made a mistake moving to a county that doesn't allow fireworks...that is, until a sheriff moved in down the road from me  He must know someone that owes him big time near the U.S. border

Padron '64. Wasn't quite what I expected but a nice stick nonetheless. Saving an Edicion de Silvio for when my family celebrates the fourth.

I spent the day at the Toby Keith concert in Camden, NJ. My buddy surprised me with my first Opus X Double Corona. I was very impressed. I then watched the fireworks with a Montecristo White.

yesterday I had a Diablo Caliente after letting it sit for a month. defnitely better than the first one I had a while back. This one actually burned!

Today so far I've had 2 Ashton cigarillos, and later I think I'm going to have an 858 maduro.

edit: I ecided against the 858 in favor of a Punch Rare Corojo El Doble and another Ashton cigarillo. The Punch was most excellent, and the Ashtons are a pretty good quick smoke.

Greetings from New York! Tonight I caught up with one of my cousins with 2 San Cristobal La Punta's that I brought with me from California (shhhh, my method works nicely)!
