What Did You Smoke Today

I got to smoke a Cusano P1 that was gifted to me in a PIF quite some time ago. The poor cigar had been beaten up a bit in transit and storage, but what a great smoke to go with a CoffeMocha!!

I tried one of the new Camacho Select cameroons tonight. I smoked the Churchill, and it was pretty good. It was pretty different from other Cameroons that I've smoked, and it didn't knock me on my butt like some other Camachos have. I have another of the Churchill and a couple of the Lonsdales sitting in my humidor. I'm going to let them sit for a couple of months. Great smoke though.

RyJ Reserva, smooth as glass!! I may be coming over from the dark side!!

Had a Fuente 8-5-8 today after lunch, as with most Fuente cigars nothing much more needs to be said. After dinner smoke was a CAO Vision freebie I picked up today at the local smoke shop. I was very unimpressed with the construction and burn, there were some really good size veins and upon lighting it developed a good run that took three attempts to tame, it also was a hard cigar to keep lit. Taste was fantastic, really strong peppery taste to it but not overwhelming, I could definitely see how this cigar could appeal to Camacho fans. I will definitely buy more of these, maybe try some different sizes to see which is suited best for me but yes, a fairly good cigar, burn issues aside. My local cigar retailer tellls me that these will retail somehwere between $8 and $12, worthy of that price? No but I will probably pay it anyways 8)

I've been sick all week and haven't smoked a single cigar since Monday. Tonight I may have to smoke something mild to ease back into it, perhaps a Pueblo Dominicano or a Perdomo Reserve Champagne.

I got to smoke a really nice Los Blanco Criollo tonight. That Habanos wrapper makes a fine addition to a fine cigar. I think I could grow to like these.

As an aside my wife thought it smelled like a barn! Yahoo!

Smoked a Sancho Panza Fuerte. Not to great. I picked up a cheap sampler of them the other day. Doubt that I'll buy anymore. Lifes to short to smoke cigars ya dont like.

Since the family just left to go "down the shore" - I took the opportunity to have a cup of coffee and a ERDM Choix Supreme on the back deck with the dog. What a great way to start the week!

Don't worry Barco - it's not my last one - that is put aside for you, man.

thats strange i actually liked those. different strokes for different folks

Thanks buudy,,,

For me it was a PSD 4, this was a fantasitc smoke. first third was grassy with a great tobaco flavor second thrid was peppery and a slight nutty, almost hazzelnut flavor, last third was leather and pepper. I loved every second of it

I had a cigar.com red label on the golf course yesterday and thought it was pretty darn good. I had a cusano 18 paired maduro after dinner and was sort of disappointed. I love the double connecticut, but thought the maduro lacked the creamy smoke that I expected based on my experience with the connecticut. I don't think I'll be getting in any cigars today since its supposed to be 100 here today

The other day I smoked a lil CAO Brazilia.. funny story by the way. I had picked out the smokes for the PIF package to CC and have been waiting to get his address. Meanwhile I get Bikeman's PIF package and it features the same Brazilia I had picked out for CC, lol.

So anyway I smoked it and whew, was stronger then I remember. My buddy smoked a Cusano Corojo and he was loving it. I was in good company so it was a great experience to vist the brazilia once again.

After a HUGE dinner of homemade lasagna - I had a Punch Churchill courtesy of Motion123 - what a dynamite smoke - strong flavored and smooth! It was a perfect pairing with the bold Cab I was drinking.

This morning I am smoking a Monte 4 from rmrdaddy with a cup of coffee off the back deck (fam's away!) Nice creamy almost caramel flavor.

Thank you my Jersey brethren!

CAO Black Storm earlier in the day and a CAO L’Anniversaire Maduro Churchill in the evening. Have not had a bad CAO yet.
