Honestly, I was paying more attention to my beer and cigar but he did get ice time. Mario seemed to be pleased. Crosby got an assist and he was on the devils goal alot but couldn't beat him. He seems talented. Some experience will do him good.
Friday night. A few guys always get together at the smokeshop after work, and then when the shop closes we migrate somewhere else. Lately we've been going down to a small private marina where one of the guys has a boat moored.
Went for a walk this evening. Broke out the new Camacho Coyolar Puro...
hah...didn't make me say uncle. Very powerful...the first inch was a spicey pepper taste. Mellowed quickly to a smooth earthy leather tone...very pleasant. I didn't find it to be too overbearing. Even burn and lots of smoke. Took it to to the nub and never got bitter. It was the Robusto size..can't remember the exact name. I'll definitely smoke more of these but I don't think it'll replace the diploma. Didn't have the lip smacking "floror" of the diploma. I'll have to give it a second to the diploma.
had a makers mark, mainly because i needed the tube for a piece i was working on...
wasnt too blown away this time, got kinda nasty towards the end...
save it guys, i know all about the prohibition of flavored cigars here :screw:
hahaha
i love makers mark -- probably my favorite bourbon (and i got the stick for like 9 bucks, which is a steal)
The C10 had an uneven burn due to it being windy out, otherwise the rest in the humi did this one good.
Couldn't find a thing wrong with the PSD4 though...no matter how hard I tried
yesterday I had two Bolivar Petit Coronas, and today I had a Boli PC and a Cohiba Siglo II. I've heard that Cuban Cohibas are overpriced, but I wanted to try one anyway, and now I see why. Construction was good, draw was perfect, and it burned beautifully, but the flavor didn't impress me much.
I got my lighter today too...Mini Xtend...wonderful little thing.
I bought a cab of 50, but I'm splitting it with Capt.
Today I started off with a PSD4, then a little later I had a small Opus and went to the beach. Found a few shark teeth and a piece of sea-glass. Came home, fired up a Boli PC, then ate dinner after a while, and finished the evening off with a Hoyo de Monterrey Epi 2.
I think my tastebuds are on the fritz, because I didn't taste hardly anything.
