What Did You Smoke Today

Punch Maduro. Very tasty stick, smoked it till my fingers burned. One of the better maduros I've smoked.

Yesterday I smoked a Punch Rothschild and a Punch Pita while mowing and fertilizing the lawn.

Friday night at Foxwoods: 5 Vegas Classic torpedo. That is one good little cigar. The draw was just where I like it, easy but just a little tight so that I do not hot box it (I have a tendency to do that). Medium bodied with nice rich smoke. Flavour was good but I was so drunk at the time that I didn't even bother to figure it out, I just enjoyed the smoke for the sake of smoking it, not evaluating it. I will buy more of these. I was very happy with it.

Tomorrow begins three days of Iron Chef competitions in my Asian Cuisine class. I'm about to walk around the city with a cigar and plan the basis for my dishes.

I figure I need a relaxing smoke to unwind from today as well...we did Indian cuisine and I think my body has been infused with amchoor, cardamom, cumin, fenugreek and kari leaves :lol:

Onyx that HighPSI sent me (i think). It was great. I may have to pick up a box of those.

So far today I've smoked a 5 Vegas Limitada and have my eyes on an AF Hemingway after dinner.

Fisherman, I love the Limitada. Everything about it is nice from start to finish. Its a deeper more complex smoke than the 5 Vegas Gand Reserve. It also leaves a terrific after taste that lingers. I like em enough to have three boxes. One is gonna sit for a year or so before I fire up anything in it.

I noticed a spicy taste but I'm too much of a novice to tell what it was...

Had a Q D'O corona yesterday out by the lake!

Just finished a 5 Vegas Gold. I really enjoyed it. Nice mild flavor with creamy smoke. It was also free, so that automatically makes it start a little higher in my estimation!

Good smoke, bold flavor and well constructed.
